Exchanges
We stand behind every H-Factor piece. If something is not right, we will make it right. Our returns process is designed to be as precise as our garments.
14-Day Window
You have 14 days from delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
Unworn Only
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Free Exchanges
Size exchanges within Nigeria are processed at no cost. One exchange per order.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
How to Return
Email Us
Send your order number and reason for return to returns@hfactorclothing.com. We respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation number.
Pack Securely
Repack the item in its original tissue and box. Write your return authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship It Back
Drop it at any courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), your refund or exchange is processed immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale at point of purchase
- Accessories and undergarments (hygiene policy)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
